I am shocked to meet a senior TCS Employee of 18+ years of experience in TCS with just 12 lakhs per annum CTC ! Not sure how to help him

Not agree, TCS always provides a chance to their associates to learn and earn and for the same they have platforms like Wing1, Wing2 and Wing3 else digital one exam...If you clear these Wings programs or digital exams then you find yourself in a good position within TCS. Friends you have to do hard work to get success on your defined goals, so don't blame the organization, just improve yourself and see the results

I know one C4 , 25 Years of experience and 14 Lacs salary. Fem@le employee and that too in technical domain. For her it as addtional income as she doesnt do anything in the project and enjoy all flexibility and benifits she can.. hope u understand

How was she promoted?

Only God Knows... there are many similar cases

Which means that he started off with less and never got promoted and always had bad appraisal. He had no offer from outside which means that he is not willing to learn and grow. Only he can help himself.

This is the sal you will get l.. if you got all promotion on time and B most of the time and sometimes C.. company has a cunning plans for seniors

The only way to bump up your CTC to a respectable level in this industry is by frequently switching jobs. It is an open secret. Even that guy will be knowing that. He probably never switched enough and stuck with a low paying company for a long, long time in TCS for whatever reasons. He alone is responsible for his miserable salary and no one else.

why is he not able to grow within or outside ? that's the problem once you move to comfort zone and dont want to do hard work, learn/enhance or take little risk to move out or explore new things... TCS has almost 20-30% ppl in same category and thats why there is always a conflict between new joiners and old timers

1 lakh people in TS with 10 + yrs experience and salary like this.. TS one quarter profit is coming from by paying experience for less money.. Will T*S encourage them to get hike compromising quarter profit... They are clever they will blame employee

No recognition from Management/Leaderdhip after completion of 15 long years in TCS except one automated GEMS mail. No loyalty bonus.. No appreciation... nothing

I don't think c4 will be on 14 lpa... what is avg salary for c3a c3b c4 c5??? I think avg will be 9 14 20 30 respectively?? I have seen wings 2 people with 24 lpa in c3b

Which technology? Must be a manager by now right?
