I regret leaving Merkle Dentsu and joining TCS. TCS can't match Merkle's work culture. Merkle management is cooperative and understand people. Have many monetary benefits compared to TCS. Job security in TCS is a myth. If you are above 50 then only stay in TCS.

work life balance at Merkle Dentsu is pretty good, u can manage ur time well. job security is solid, no worries there. 😎
