Got to know from my onshore sources that the hike percentage is very small. When I say small, then it means very small. Like in a single percentage small. Rumor is that for 5 ratings, the hike percentage is 4.5% only.

It seems like cognizant is testing everyone. Let's see what's the reality tomorrow.
