Trending @Cognizant; MEPZ entry process issue

Hi All, there is a new entry process introduced in MEPZ chennai and I have applied for an id card two months ago but I didn't receive id yet and there is no update as well. Now I am facing an issue in temporary access as well . I am not getting a QR code via mobile also and facing issue in entry process . Is anyone facing the same issue. Please let me know what to do from my end. Thanks
