Trending @Accenture; Mentorship benefit?
Has anyone ever benefited from mentorship?
I Have applied for mentorship but the mentor meet never happened. Even msged them on teams.
These are some gimmicks by higher management to showcase that they have brought in some new change, they show this to get promotion, after that it's a waste of time for everyone. Accenture is plagued by these type of useless schemes.
Bhai big scam hai , 2 saal se mai enrolled hun, aaj kal zyada hi isko highlight kiya jaa rha hai dont know why, koi fayeda nahi , dont waste time there. But profile 100 percent complete rakho bas kaafi hai
If mentorship isn't working, Any tips then?
Noone replies. Even if i msg my mentor , then I get the same reply lets connect next week . Its been more than 2 months and i have changed mentors 2 times
