Is having mentor network via iAspire a big deal, does this really help in any way? Any incidence with mentor if you would like to share.

Yes yes I m ex Accenture. I got a very fab mentor, he is an architect i learnt all the debugging skills from him and learnt coding . Secured 4 offers two big four , one Capgemini and one is us based start up . Earning 21 + with 5 yrs of exp . But my official lead was a donkey , she does not know how to play with mmlibrary to make your code run .. go and get an I aspire mentor
