Trending @Capgemini; Mentally Torturing In Notice Period

Currently serving NP in Capgemini but since I have joined this project back in Jan, since then management is torturing me as I confront them for biased situation since starting. But now as I am serving they are torturing in every possible way, giving much work load though others are enjoying. What if I clearly say that I won’t do new work, I will only give KT as I am NP so what could be consequences? Will they mention anything wrong in my experience letter or give me any character certificate? Please share your thoughts, really need advice as can’t take torture now :(

Just take a step back and relax. My juniors haven’t contributed anything and the management couldn’t do anything about them. Btw, my advice would be that you first figure out if there are any problems on your side. Secondly, always revert back to emails they write to you, be it your PM or HR or anybody from the team, and honestly do your work. They can’t force you to do anything within their timeframe. So feel less pressurised. And there’s a policy against retaliation in Capgemini, and it would only put your manager into trouble.

My only mistake is that I always confront them for their bad behaviour and this is the reason that I am still surviving else most of my colleagues have resigned because of their behaviour

Same with me and they are also now saying they will say 'no hire' in my certificate so it will affect in my next employment also.

Since you are already in the notice period, make a habit of listing out the work done for that day and drop mail to your team CCing your n+1. Do this for everyday, and after 2 days, add the point saying that you are overloaded and ask your team to share the tasks. Also add your n+2 in CC if you feel your n+1 is not helpful. It works like a wonder in 10 days. All your team will definitely take responsibility of their work.

Grow up, you're not in a kindergarten any more. If someone is harrassing you at the workplace, go to your BU HR and talk to your senior project lead (director or sr director of your SBU). Now if you're concerning about your exp letter, then no company can withhold your exp letter just because you don't want to do an extra work in np which is fair because this is the transition time and every project manager should start reducing the project dependency from the resource. And no new company want any kind of stupid character certificate. During the BGV of process they just verify whether you worked in the previous organisation from the mentioned start to end date and what's your designation at that time. That's it!!!!

Have you been in such situations? You’re telling go and talk to Project director and all, the people who are doing these things, project director is one of them. I’ve tried to talk to higher management as well. And one more thing, I love my work and I am working sincerely but they have unexpected expectations, they want work to be completed in 3 days which require atleast 3 weeks.
A humble request, plz never reply these type of answers until you are actually not facing such things. Seems you’re also among those people.

Document everything and communicate clearly with HR. Refusing work might lead to negative remarks in your experience letter. Stay professional and escalate if necessary. Seek legal advice if harassment continues.

Bro HR are just their culprits, already tried but they all used to ganged up on me. Because of all these only, two of my Qa members resigned and I was the only who were speaking against this poor management so I survived but now it’s really hard and I also resigned because no one listens you neither HR nor higher management. Tried everything to solve this so only option was to resign but still harassing. I’ve heard that experience letter generates automatically through tool so will they menus anything if I directly ask them that I am not doing any new task
