Put some planned leaves to have a break and recharge. Manager cannot decline if you share your leave plan beforehand.
Always ask for Comp-off for weekend work. Learn to say "NO".
Job security is a concern in the industry currently always upskill and be upto date.

When i fill exhausted i usually go on 1 wekk or 2 week offs. Then everyone will understand our importance as well as they will responsibilities will be shared. If it is becoming too toxic then only way is skillup and switch.

They always have deadlines and ask us to focus on work

Obviously there will be work everytime. You need to draw line between work and personal wellbeing. Cts provides leaves and you can take it. For better project management we can apply for leaves like month ago. So manager have enough time to plan.

Draw the line somewhere. Ask for shift allowance if you are working on weekends or extra hours.
