Mentally exhausted

Why I’m so weak mentally. I am always sad for no reasons. Hiw can I stop being like this. I always feel like a loser and always compare my life with everyone and felt like achieving nothing in my life. How can I improve my mental health

Start yoga , meditation..go to some naturopathy center for 4-5 days..

Apart from what others have already mentioned, also check your vitamin D level, you might have a deficiency which can cause you to feel low. I was facing the same issue a few years ago until I did my blood test. Took vitamin d supplements for a few weeks and the issue was resolved. Good luck

Best way to deal with it is stop social media, go for a vacation like on mountains, beaches, do exercise everyday…..

Try spending time with family and friends or take a short vacation or trekking to a nature place and you will be normal
