Mentally Drained

I've been stuck in a project for more than 2 years now. FYI I have a B band consistency and I'm still unable to get a release and the workload just gradually keeps on increasing. No proper shift timings or working days. I feel like I'm dead inside. I have a strong urge to resign but am held back by responsibilities and the fear of not getting a new job/desired technology.
