Mental Health Matters — But Only When It’s Legally Required?
Just got an email saying CSAs can’t log overtime during their scheduled lunch/breaks anymore.
Apparently, not taking breaks can hurt mental health and even create potential legal risks for Amazon.
Totally fair — mental health is important.
But I do wonder… what about the teams where people are still expected to stay online or even work through their breaks (with no OT, of course)?
Does well-being only count when it’s a compliance checkbox — or is it supposed to be a culture thing too? 🤔
