
Mental health in your company.
My company reached out to us in the light of recent empoyee suicide due to work pressure. We were asked to be given truly anynomous feedback on the current work life balance. It shows how the company is not just passively consuming news and learning from the mistakes of others.

So, I wanted to know, if this more companies in India are learning anything from the EY news and reaching out to their employees ambout their mental health. @SlimGuitar @AFAIK

Idk, but one thing I am sure is that there are no such things as "truly anonymous feedback" 😂.
The last time I saw companies doing such critical feedbacks and stuff, was when I saw them doing layoffs sometime later after that survey 💀
