It some good thing

It is fully confidential (unless you have self harm thoughts, then they can contact HR or family). It is a good way to talk to someone and get your problems heard, but the counseling provided is basic I.e. it is ok if you are feeling a little stressed and anxious and need to talk to someone. But if you are facing a major issue, better to go to a professional counselor.
