I've been working in TCS since 2.4 years. I am feeling really low and depressed, I'm feeling like my career is getting nowhere. Even though I'm upskilling myself. But looking at the market conditions and overall salary of tcs, I'm feeling really low day by day.

Compare yourself to the ones with no job or got laid off due to current market conditions.

Once the condition gets better and you think it's the right time for a switch, do it. Until then keep preparing for the interviews and keep yourself updated with latest tech.
