Mental Harassment by senior management of female employee.

Hi Everyone,

Just want to know is there a way I can create a complaint against senior management for mental harassment for over 3 years now ?

I am willing to file mental harassment case against the entire company and unit people. I am willing to hire a personal lawyer for this. Is this an option ? I lost my 3 years because of senior management’s false promises and strategic mental harassment and demoralization. This company says they provide conductive environment for women employees but they are actually mentally harassing women employee. Despite number of emails to senior management they are not even responding to email.

Send a mail to regional hr head and keep looping until u get a response . Raise griverance

I have very close ties with laywers unless you got solid 40-50 Lakhs and a decade of time
Even if everything is correct this is the least
My advice just wrap it up
Do as ugly work as you can

In ultimatix, you can raise ethical concern. However, please collect solid evidences. Note that videiography and taking photo is prohibited on office so please do not violate policy. Otherwise it may boomerang 🪃.
Moreover, company always has legal advisors, so ensure you take some legal advise first.

Make sure you used internal platforms and follow hierarchy so that your case can be strong enough.

To be honest, my opinion is to leave the organization immediately. I know we should have to fight for injustice that happened with us but practically it is not possible. If you file a complaint against them or file legal action then they have enough money, an experienced lawyer and lots of other options. The drawback is if you go through this process then you will lose remaining mental health and money you have so keep your mind calm and make decisions.

Okay i believe when we talk about harresment cases usually it goes to dead ears..... Now it depends what kind of haressment we are talking about here.... If its about haressment due to work related promises of good future, please be rest assured its going to go to deaf ears...nobody today cares about promises being made to make you stay back....it has been happening since long and people have suffered in silence.....so frankly thats part of comapanies work ethics set by such management...not just here but every other company.... If its about se*ual haressment, please do raise it immediately....

First tellus what harrassment management did to you....

In my experience I have seen many cases where employee fees he is she is harassed but during scrutiny it was found that whatever manager did was just following the rule book and HR guidelines ....

So first thing you need to ensure is you definition of harassment is correct and you are actually harassed.

Hello Raise a grivience against that Senior Manager with emp id, name and reason.

If this is regarding promise of Onsite, promotion or increment ,Band etc then you can not prove anything .As these are usually tactics by management to get work done.If any one abused you or did some body shaming or made personal comments etc and you have solid proof you can raise in grievance portal.If this is related to some frequent work target change where you need to work extra hour or Saturday ,sunday again it is very difficult to prove as harassment.

Please raise a grevience in the system. This has to be closed. So someone will come back to you. This is an Audit requirement for sure. They cant just close it as far as i am aware. If its about promises, all that you may end up getting is a release from the account. Since these promises are not in writing(usually), its difficult for you to prove. Again nothing like this is mentioned either in offer letter or any other official letter. This will be difficult fight for us as employees. If you are looking for a better option, look outside. But rest assured, majority of the firms has the same situation.
