Mental harassment by project management, Laterals pls don't join TCS
Hi guys , let me go with my story. I joined tcs couple of months back and was just randomly dropped into a role that is irrelevant to my experience as I was directly hired to a project. It was not the same role that I was told during the interview. I was shocked because I rejected other offers and joined TCS. They set a deadline and asked me to do things that im completely new to. I had no clue. I finally decided to drop my papers and look for other opportunities, I got one but this bloody blood sucking managers are not releasing me early even though I have zero project dependency. all I got in joining TCS is PTSD because of unethical leads calling out my name and shouting at me for not doing the work that I don't know. Laterals, please never join TCS there is no regard for your skills and experience whatsoever. I have submitted my resignation and waiting painfully for my LWD, but nothing has changed in the manager and lead attitude. Three more months of trauma waiting for me. Pls wish me strength and good luck.
I'm in a project that doesn't match my skills. I told my manager, but they responded by saying, "You're a technical person, so you should know these things." Because of this, I decided to request a release from the project, but I haven't been released yet and have been put on a PIP
All because he got to know you are earning more than him😂
Tcs is dead and has become like Byjus
In TCS, mentality of management and old TCSers is like this. They are denying opportunities to laterals and intentionally try to throw laterals away
