Seniors in call use unprofessional language with whole team and even after reporting it to management (GPM) multiple times no action has been taken. Whenever I ask for release from project they say due to dependency we can’t release you. I said then atleast I will not go into biweekly calls with those seniors but PM emailed n said you need to attend. Anyone has experience with such scenarios? Can they force me to attend meetings? Raising to HR will help? Seeking for urgent advice from you all

I would suggest to leave org. That is the only way out of everything. No one hears and no one bothers as well.

Record and raise HEAR complaint or ASHI complaint it words like f@&k are used

Try bridge program like dss or consultant then they wont have any choice but to release you from the project

HRs are useless here they dont listen… just raise ASHI

Next time when they insult you, just record it and share it with HR via mail,
Then call them and tell that if they don't take any action, you'll post it in Social media.
Or use it to blackmail your manager and take release 😂

If you have any family doctor or any friendly doctor, ask him/her to write down prescription for you asking to avoid long working hours and less screen time and need rest.
Using this prescription, approach HR and request for release.
They will either release u or allow you to skip some part of stress.
All other alternatives like IJP, release request, termination will take time to happen and also may impact your ratings.

I thought of doing this only but problem is most people are saying HRs are useless and won’t do anything and my previous manager also said that HR won’t do anything even if my provide psychiatric treatment prescription.
