Mental Agony due to current situation
I am everyday going through lot of mental Agony due to current TCS situation, issue is it is not performance based it seems You perform, they bring one additional clause, you maintain rto, they bring 3 hour 5 hour 7 hour clause , so on and so forth How are you all coping guys Also is TCS giving any support to forcefully resigned or laid off employees like are they really giving 3 months pay Very worried

They dangle "performance" as an excuse to deny hikes, weaponize RTO policies to guilt-trip employees, and keep shifting the goalposts—3 hours, 6 hours, 8 hours—because they know most can’t afford to walk away. This isn’t management; it’s manipulation.
The worst part? They bank on our silence. People tolerate this toxicity because rent, loans, and families don’t care about "principles"—they demand paychecks. But that’s exactly how these corporations win: by making us choose between dignity and survival.
We can’t magically fix the system overnight, but we can refuse to drink the Kool-Aid. Call out the hypocrisy, document the nonsense, and lean on each other for support. Even small acts of pushback—like sharing these experiences—chip away at the illusion that this treatment is acceptable.
Stay angry. And when you can, plan your exit—because no one deserves to be treated like a disposable cog in a greedy machine.
Bro pray to god work hard on your skill rest everything will fall in place . I can understand even i had suicidal thoughts post here on grapevine’s but college and college workers motivated me i will ask you to spend time on ups-killing for how much time you overthink about this situation you will realise you have ample time
