Depending on you, if you think you love her then you can choose her and if you are seeing only this quality and not love her then you shouldn't do it.
I have seen lots of women completely change after hitting some gym and if she wants to try it out then I think it's possible that you may start liking her if you are not able to love her right now on this condition of her.
A hypothetical question from us.. Assume that you found this ideal girl.. who is a super woman who is earning well.. takes care of house. Cooks well..etc etc.. and also have ideal. BMI..and you are lucky enough that she marries you.. u have a good 1-2 years.. and then starts gaining weight.. due to all the stress .. what will you do.. leave/divorce her..

I would marry any girl be it very fat or very thin, hot af or ugliest in the world. Only condition is have a kind heart.
I think after a while, looks don't matter that much, it's daily habbit that counts. Peace is the top priority for everyone, I think.
Being healthy and active is most of the time are personal choices. You can't force it on anyone.

Higher BMI could be due to underlying health problems also. Important thing here is....what do you think about the women you have described? Many people specially post covid got into bad shape due to numerous reasons but does that make someone less like able? I don't think so. Outer beauty can be changed but inner ones can't. So focus on inner qualities than outer.
