For anyone who's open to working with smaller startups - this is really a time to look at recently funded startups that excite you and just reach out to founders. Seen that most of them don't end up posting roles, but cold emails work well.
How do we figure out such startups? Like i wanted to work for Zerodha from 4 years now but they just have 30 folks since 2019 and they have hired for only 2 roles since then
https://news.ycombinator.com/jobs is a pretty good portal for startups which have funding and are hiring. They have also been to YCombinator so that should give some credibility
Microsoft (Devs) started hiring again recently
- PhonePe (Saw Biz roles) and PayPal
Most amount of money has flown into seed and series a lately in comparison to large startups, so they would have more roles otherwise
