Hate the meetings which could have been an email
Not sure why companies or upper management don't realise the loss of productivity which majorly results into employees being asked to stretch sooner or later.

Ever walked out of a meeting thinking, "That could’ve been an email"? You’re not alone. Most meetings waste time, drain energy, and kill productivity—yet they’re unavoidable.
Here’s how to survive and make meetings work for you:
📌 Decline unnecessary ones – If there’s no agenda, ask, “Is my presence really needed?”
📌 Be strategic with inputs – Speak when you can add value, not just to be heard.
📌 Take control – If you’re leading, keep it structured and time-bound.
📌 Follow up smartly – Summarize key takeaways and next steps; it makes you look efficient.
Your calendar isn’t a trophy. Fewer, smarter meetings = more actual work done.
