Meeting RMG after Maternity leaves

Do we need to report RMG in person once we came from Maternity leaves?is it possible without visiting RMG in person we will get project?

after ML we can avail WFH for baby until baby is one year old, Any idea if they are still approving such requests????

Yes they approve don't worry, tell them i need to feed 🍼

Yes they will just talk to your manager stating that you need to take care of the baby and the policy is parent for child care under flexi work options.. Under this policy you will be able to get 180 days(6 months) of WFO exception until the baby turns one year

You need to meet at least once so they can approve LERF form for you . I was already in project from 1st day itself when I joined back but I had to go and meet rmg in person once so they could approve LERF. They said it is mandatory process.
