Meeting happened in our ODC with segment head and HR

They both came to our ODC and said don’t worry about lay offs and please adhere to RTO. Risk is for people who are on the bench for more than 6month and who are not willing to take up the projects. Really nothing to worry guys. Please don’t spread rumours and negativity. Cases defers from person to person.

I am really scared . And frustrated now.. seeing all these posts.. I had an opportunity to leave tcs in 2023.. could have taken that decision

Actually management is more worried than us because many many good skilled people have put down papers..

Now since many are in T&M contract hence they can't be let go before 90 days meanwhile that time associates will start preparing & looking outside. Work will be impacted.

The same meeting happened in the GGV location also where HR comes and explain that there are so many rumour going on but believe these policies are for bench employee only.

Still there were many question from employees but that lady was not able to answer. She was just listening because she was on the flier just to convey that keep your mind cool and do your work.

Instead of them letting us go suddenly.. People who are confident have put down papers & utilising the 90 days timeframe..

Going forward no one will even ask for promotion or lateral join in higher grades.

Hope post nov market returns & hr,rmg cannot hold billable as well. Do they have guts to reduce notice period? I guess NO.
