Meeting call from RMG

I joined TCS on June 4 and was allocated to an account just four days later. However, on July 25, my allocation end date was suddenly changed to July 23, even though I never actually worked for that account. It was just an allocation on paper.

Since July 23, I have been on the bench. An account had blocked my profile, so I didn’t receive any calls during this period. Yesterday, I was released from the account after daily reporting to RMG, and they assured me that I would start getting calls from other accounts.

Today, I received an email scheduling a meeting with RMG to discuss deployment.

Has anyone had a similar experience, or any idea why this meeting might be scheduled?

They will check with you why your unallocated, your skills, your expectations, open to work in other tech where requirements are open and based on all these answers they will share your profile with different accounts.
