I have got offers from Meesho, Swoggy and Razorpay for a product role. Which is better Salary is similar in all 3 so it is not a deciding factor

Swiggy and Meesho have really bad culture and WLB as of late. Razorpay might too but atleast they are known for their PM culture

Seems like a strong opinion, having closely worked with the founding / m team, Swiggy is an amazing organisation especially the top quality people you get to work with

Razorpay any day, if you’re looking for non-toxic workplace.
Meesho & Swiggy are classic examples of horrible product culture.
