Peers are excellent at Meesho. Can't comment on the work of this specific role since I didn't have any interaction with folks in this role.

Culture depends highly on what team you're in.

For pay, you can demand higher than market average for your profile. Meesho tends to pay higher than avg. for each role to retain people. And do ask for ESOPs since they're planning for an IPO some time next year

The role is generic and it totally Depends on the team where you go to, Morale is down these days due to recent layoffs.
