Meesho PM1 - Should I accept? Currently working in Flipkart analytics
I am an MBA grad, working in Analytics at Flipkart from last 2.5 years. Salary is below market average for the position. Uncertainty in consequently 3rd years hike as well. Uncertainty in Promotion. What should I do about Meesho offer? How much hike% should i ask for? Please help me with your thoughts on it in comment 🙏🏻tia.
What is the PM1 pay they are offering? Can help in deciding if worth it. Meesho is known for bad culture in pockets which I believe revolves around from amazon flipkart poaching employees and vice versa bringing the culture with them. Make sure you ask your cultural expectation before hand as much as possible from the manager and set up a meet with few team mates if you clear the process. If it works out and all of them don’t lie, you will have a better idea.
