Team matters more tbh. Otherwise can go for FK.
FK and meesho mei if I have to tell you the difference.
FK is neither a startup not a complete complete corporate. (More towards the corporate spectrum though). Where as Meesho is still start up kind.
Meesho mei you will get more money than FK I guess. (True for SDEs atleast)
Meesho has quick promotions although bahar unka utna value nahi hai designations ka as such. Where as FK ka hai comparatively better .
If it comes to teams , Pick a B2B side team in eCommerce as a product if can, you will really get challenging problems to solve and grow as a PM a lot.
Which team in Both companies?
Anyday Flipkart unless a 25% difference in salaries .FK has a much stronger brand outside and every big teach like Google ,MS etc recognises the talent pool of Flipkart ,whereas Meesho is pretty much unknown to them and doesn't command much value
