How safe is it to join the Meesho Marketing team right now? Specially performance marketing team. Are there any layoffs or attrition happening?
In brief- Very ambiguously choosen. Multiple reasons at play so far it looks - primarily cost, other one is trying to flatten the hierarchy quite implicit, cutting roles of pure people management & no ground impact at all, etc AMA
There have been so many openings lately and I have applied to a bunch with product team referrals but haven't heard from them even once.
(Ex-Unicorn PM with 2.5+ yrs experience applying for PM - 1 / APM -2 roles)
How's the culture? Who is actually getting affected by frequent LayOffs Tech, Product, business, or operation teams?
