Meesho HRs & TAs are smoking something
What is wrong with Meesho TAs. They have by far done the highest number of screening calls to me for like all the random roles. I've got calls for CX, business head, product manager all the while they also never call back after screening
Shouldn't they be discussing internally first before calling? One TA called me for two different roles and 2 TAs once called me for the same role. Too much inefficiency in the system.

Looks like Meesho is worst internally as well. The product and support is pathetic any which ways for consumers.
I am very surprised that you want to move to a company like Meesho from Flipkart.
This feels like an absolute downgrade for me.
With all the high profile exits, Flipkart is headed that way
Tried for a while hoping for higher pay but not have mostly stopped looking how bad they are
I moved from amazon to meesho and know 10+ people which have done the same.
Calling out problem from birds eye view is very easy.
Actually coming down and solving problem at scale is something else.
I thought I'm alone getting these 😂😂
