Meesho hike for top 25% percentile PMs in 2023

How much annual hike did meesho give this year to its top 25 percentile product managers? Any idea anyone? Want to know about their condition currently.

Also, if possible, pls share any idea about the increment they can give now (coming year) in the comment section? TIA :)
