Medical Report for Relocation and release from the project

Is there any scenario in TCS where an employee has submitted a fake medical report and obtained relocation or release from a project?

Also, I would like to know how the TCS doctor verifies medical documents. Will they call the hospital for verification?

That's why we call him a doctor.
He can consult with relevant persons with your documents if he feels he need some help on the judgement.

Please note that such malpracticee will not be tolerated by TCS in any circumstances

Even though there is a saying Nothing is illegal until you get caught.
