Medical leave enquiry

Hi, I recently met with a bike accident and have a fracture in my right thumb, which is now in plaster. The doctor has advised me to take rest and keep the plaster for the next 28 days. Currently, I am working on a client project, so I wanted to check how time off will be managed in such a case. If I am unable to work for 28 days and have only 10 days of leave balance, will the remaining days be treated as unpaid leave with salary deduction, or does TCS have any specific policy for accident/medical cases? Also, will this impact my project allocation? Would appreciate your guidance if anyone is aware. Thanks.
