Medical claim?

Hi everyone, I have left the organisation 1 month back may I know will I be still eligible to claim Medibuddy bills for my parents, Because in my FFS health insurance amount has been deducted for the financial year for my parents can anyone please answer for this properly

Have u taken policy continuation letter before your release?? If not then not possible

Unfortunately no, 😕 but they have debited my health insurance amount for the year in FFS

TCS pays premium upfront to the insurance company and then they deduct the premium from your salary. So if you resign then balance premium will be recovered from fnf.

Once you leave then you can't use the policy for any kind of claims, unless you have a continuation letter and convert your policy to personal policy instead of TCS policy

Policy is the same everywhere. They will charge you for the entire year even if you leave in a month. I don't think you can claim it
