Medical Emergency can only be provided when you have fully used your Health Insurance amount and in that case also it would be very less 10k or 20k with lot of approval and headache. I will advice you to use Health Insurance Card and if you can't use it then take help from friends and family.

If you go to a network hospital you can use cashless and 10% copy for you and 15% copay for dependents, else you can pay to the hospital and reimburse it later by submitting all the original documents to the medi assist office.

Use health insurance. You can have cashless claim if you go their partner hospital. Otherwise you can sinply provide intimation of the emergency.
