I want to claim a raise pre-authorize a claim for my husband's minor surgery...what process I need to follow first . Anyone can explain..Do I get the claim amount before surgery if I raise the request earlier?

Can I directly visit the hospital first without raising a claim? Any idea how much I need to co- pay for surgery with the Gold plan

You need to check with the hospital for cashless facilities. If not you can check the pre hospital process on FAQ on medical.
