I had taken the medibhai subscription from accenture .
but medibhai is not responding now my wallet money is still there left and they are saying from past 3 months transaction issue.
is there a way to escalate this
WhatsApp Message on 8691054460 this is their customer care number , they don't respond immediately but they eventually they will do t them u are unable to use the app and wanted to book some consultation they will do from their end
already done from past 2 months they saying transaction issue
Same issue with welness corner app. Wallet money is not deducting.kindly assist.
How can we buy medicine
You can order some items like BP monitor, sugar monitor etc in their portal and use ur balance. I got delivery on same day by tata 1 mg
Try to order cashless medicines only and also MOV should be minimum 300 and above for home delivery
Write a mail to benefits you advantage club and ask them to immediately look into the matter. They will help you.
