Trending @Cognizant; Meddi buddy insurance claim

Hi All,

For insurance claim do i need to submit claim form ,hospitalization bills and reports(Hard Copy) to CTS Chennai office??? Or how does it works? I tried to contact meddi buddy customer care number but none of them is reachable. So posting this query here. If anyone has any idea please let me know.

Submitted Hard copy is not compulsory, you can submit claim through medi assist portal too. W.r.t reaching customer care you can contact the toll free number mentioned in medi assist card.Select language and press 6 will help u reach customer care support.. Hope this will be helpful i

No it's not mandatory. They've mentioned in terms and conditions but it'll get updated if you upload it on the site.
