I find it interesting that a lot of real estate builders in Bengaluru or other tier 1 cities use words like luxury for a 1000-1200 sqft flats with bland and generic designs both creatively & visually.

every apartment in BLR is branded luxury apartment, every school in BLR is branded international school. I guess it to make thier product aspirational. If you see an advt, then its not luxury. Luxury good get sold personal. Not thru TV and news paper advt,
