Me and many of my friends are not getting calls as we are Freshers ,why tcs is requiring experience wrt to projects?Previously got KT

Clients are fed up of TCS quality and want experienced resources.

One and only tata company which is going to face more criticality in upcomming days, lol

Boss, Not only for freshers even for experienced there is no project calls more than 2 months. Either they dont have projects or they didnt unskilled people and now cornering people to go out on their own.

When did you completed ILP? how long are you on bench?
