Trending @Infosys; MD rejected offer letter

Hi Guys,

My friend has recently got the offer letter in one of the MNCs. She has cleared all the interview rounds. Even HR had mentioned and confirmed she will be getting an offer letter soon and move to the new city.

But when it went for approval to MD, he/she asked for a reason why so many switches during 7 years of tenure or work ex. We have provided the justification and explanation in email and awaiting reply.

Just wanted to ask is this normal ?? Will they approve it ?? Even after clearing 6-7 rounds we have to face this!!!
