Don't know about specific benefits at Mck but in general there should be a 2.5-3k food allowance when travelling for case / project (although it's not monitored too strictly imo)

Good chunk of the hiring for consultant roles is through campuses (B schools, undergrads)

Referrals are your second bet - esp if you can a Manager / Partner to refer you, you will get an interview. Unfortunately hiring is slow as of now - haven't seen any new joinees over the last 3 months
