MBB vs Big 4 - which is better for career growth?
I'm a final year student at a top b-school and have offers from both McKinsey and Deloitte. Confused about which one to pick for better long-term career prospects. Any advice from experienced consultants?

Go for the McKinsey, because you will get a lot of exposure and knowledge compared to the Deloitte.
MBB hands down. Better projects, faster growth, more exit ops. But work life balance sucks
Bro MBB ka tag is worth it. You can always move to Big 4 later if you want. Reverse is harder
Deloitte's S&O practice is solid. Similar work to MBB but slightly better culture. Don't get blinded by prestige
Depends on your goals. MBB better for strategy roles, Big 4 if you want industry/ops focus. Both good tho
Why not boutique firms? Better wlb, similar pay. MBB/B4 are overrated imo
