MBAs from top IIMs. How do you get direct jobs in US or Middle East? After 3 years in Deloitte, I feel I should move there.

Hey People, I have been working in Deloitte USI after my MBA for 3 years now, still a Consultant and no promotion even this year. I have been working well but just not good at non sense aspects of promotion like visibility and networking. Even the quality or the level of the work is very bad, one can do with basic graduation also. Feeling trapped and lost here with no value or monetary gain in last three years. My situation is so difficult that I don't know know what should I write in my resume. Also, I have been thinking to move out of India, to get out of middle class trap considering the expenses that keep happening for marriage, kids and what not. Also the quality of life is substantially better outside. Please help me with the guidance on what should be the right approach. My simple plan is to move to Middle East or US and work my ass off for 10 years and become very skilled as well as do financially well. Please help.

Moving to Europe/US after MBA from ABC

How easy it is to get a job in Europe/US after doing an MBA from IIMs? It does not need to be through college placements nor does it have to be just after passing out. It can be 3-4 years down the line.
