MBA while in tcs

Hello folks!

Just wanted to know for grade C1 ,if i want to pursue MBA from a tier 2 college and then again joining tcs ,what's the process ,and what's the hike can I expect ,along with the changes that will come after joining tcs again .

If someone can share his/her experience that will be really grateful.

If you do it from tier 2 college it is worthless. Second maximum you will get is 20% hike and then even the mapping will take a year or two to reflect

why it's worthless and Mapping means allocation into a project ?

First doing it from a tier 2 the MBA is useless. Third the hike you will get is lesser for the degree too which is just 20%
