MBA or Continue working?

As a 26-year midlife crisis struck millennial, I'm not able to decide if a 2-year MBA (at MICA hopefully) focussed on Marketing is worth the effort of 2 years of education and 2+ years at work to reach where I will be in 4 years, at my current role (right now I'm an Art Director in a agency with 12LPA, good learning curve with AI tools).

Is the initial investment of time, effort and money worth it? How is the market for creative strategists now from colleges like MICA? Pondering over this mainly since I'll be 29 when I graduate, without any financial backing (we're a lower middle class family and huge loans without a good pay will be a huge set back).
