MBA Ops | Infosys - Path to Europe/US without Coding?

Stats: Profile: BE Mechanical + MBA in Operations Current Role: Associate Consultant at Infosys (6 Months Exp) Current Domain: BA for ESG & Agentic AI Solutions The Context: I’m early in my career and currently working on an ESG project involving AI agents. While the domain is tech-adjacent, I have zero interest or aptitude for coding. The Goal: I want to settle abroad (Europe, US, UAE, or ANZ) in the next few years. The Question: Given that I want to stay strictly on the functional/business side (No Coding):

1. Is sticking to the ESG/Sustainability niche my best bet for moving abroad?
2. What functional certifications (CSM, PMP, Six Sigma?) actually hold value for migration?
3. Are there specific roles in Ops/Consulting I should target now to build a profile for an internal transfer or a job hunt abroad later?
4. Should I consider doing a executive MBA from ivy league colleges in the future.
