MBA Opportunities Within TCS – Guidance Needed
I have ~10 years of overall experience and have completed 3 years at TCS. I am interested in pursuing an MBA while continuing in TCS and would like to understand the available internal options, sponsorship/support programs (if any), eligibility criteria, and the correct application process. Could someone guide me on where to apply, whom to contact (HR/L&D), or share first-hand experiences? Any pointers or official references would be helpful
Hi in TCS last year they have started a program equivalent to MBA. This is across all tata companies from tata they selected 73 and from TCS they selected 22. The program is taught sda Bocconi school of management along with TMTC and it is a weekend program. I am currently pursuing it and tcs is sponsoring it. You can check with the L& D team.
Nothing is useless in this world until you are learning something in life. If you don't upgrade you will be definitely useless and they are already firing so you will be in the list. If you are not happy in TCS move on or if you want to stay do wings2, mba programs, etc. don't just do blah. Blah here
