MBA grad in sales looking to switch to Asset Management Roles
I'm a BTech/MBA Finance guy about to complete a year in software sales with IBM and want to switch to analyst or such roles in Asset Management companies. What is the best way to get in? How to prep for interviews? And what is the best way to apply if I have no one to refer me? Since this is my first job switch what pay should I expect? Same as IBM (25 CTC) or lower or higher?
