“MBA at 25 makes you an idiot?” Let’s talk about that.

I disagree. I’ve done an MBA, and honestly, the problem isn’t the degree, it’s how overcrowded and competitive India has become.

Let’s be real here, only MBAs from top tier institutes actually give you that edge anymore. The rest often end up as just another piece of paper.

The issue isn’t studying. It’s doing it without purpose or clarity.

What do you think? Is the MBA overrated, or just overcrowded?

I don't think there's anything more to add. You said everything that needs to be said.

  • at this point, only MBAs from top tier institutes matter.

  • most people end up doing it without purpose or clarity

To answer your main question, because of this, MBAs are both overrated and the market is oversaturated with these MBA folk. It's the quality that matters.

This goes with alot of industries today, including design, saturated with low quality people who think a piece of paper or certification will help them overcome that barrier to a 6fig job.

Nope, have a sense of purpose, think about why you want to be here.

There's other jobs that pay well and you don't need 3 years of education.
